Tell us what you are building.

Every enquiry is read by a person and answered within two working days. If we are not the right studio for your project, we will say so and tell you why.

Creative Director

I started this studio after watching good businesses lose work to competitors who were not better run, only better presented.

That is the whole idea here. Every business deserves to be seen as what it could be rather than what it currently looks like. I read every message that comes through this page myself, and I will tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for what you are building, including the times when we are not.

A few details is enough.

You do not need a brief. Tell us what is not working and we will take it from there.

Optional.

What is not working right now, and what you want it to become.

What happens after you send that message.

No forms to fill in twice, and no proposal written before we understand the problem.

  1. It arrives immediately

The page confirms it on screen, and the message lands in the studio inbox the moment you send it. Nothing sits in a queue waiting to be collected.

  2. A person reads it

Pascal reads every enquiry himself. There is no automated triage, no assistant screening messages, and no chatbot deciding whether yours is worth passing on.

  3. You get a real reply

Within two working days, and usually sooner. Either questions about what you have described, or a time to talk it through properly.

  4. A conversation

Thirty minutes about what is not working. No charge, no deck, no obligation, and no attempt to sell you something larger than you asked for.

  5. A written scope

If we are a fit, you get the work, the timeline and the cost in one document. If we are not, we say so and point you somewhere better.

Asked often enough to answer here.

If what you want to know is not below, ask it in the form. The good questions end up on this list.

How soon will I hear back?

Within two working days, and usually sooner. Every message is read by a person.

If two working days pass and nothing has arrived, check your spam folder first, then send a WhatsApp message. Something has gone wrong on our end, not yours, and we would rather you chased us than assumed we were not interested.

What should I put in my message?

What is not working, and what you would like to be different. That is genuinely enough.

You do not need a brief, a budget figure, or the right vocabulary. Working that out is part of what you are hiring us for. If it helps to have a starting point: what the business does, who you are trying to reach, and what has made you start looking now.

What services do you offer?

Five: brand strategy, brand identity, website design and development, print and production, and social and content design.

Most projects use two or three of them. Taking only one is a normal way to work with us, and we will tell you if you need fewer than you think.

How does the design process work?

Strategy, then craft, then impact, and the order is the method, not a preference.

We settle what the business is, who it is for and what it needs to say before anything visual is decided. A logo drawn before a position is settled is a guess with an invoice attached. You review at the end of each stage rather than seeing everything at the end.

How are project quotations handled?

After the first conversation, not before it. We will not put a number on work we do not yet understand.

You receive a written scope setting out the work, the timeline and the cost in one document. There is no charge for it and no obligation to accept it. If the number is wrong for you, say so: it is usually the scope that needs adjusting, not the price.

How long does a project take?

A brand identity typically runs four to eight weeks. A website depends on how many pages it has and how much of the content already exists.

The written scope carries dates rather than estimates, and it also sets out what we need from you and when. Most delays on a project come from waiting on content and approvals, not from design.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. The studio is in Accra and works with clients wherever they are.

Almost all of it happens over email and scheduled calls. We hold meetings in your working hours rather than ours, and we invoice in a currency that works for you.

What if I do not like the direction?

You will have seen it long before it is built out. That is the whole reason for reviewing at the end of each stage.

The written scope sets out how many rounds of revision are included, so nobody is guessing halfway through. A wholesale change of direction after a stage has been signed off is a new piece of work, and we will say so plainly rather than absorb it quietly and resent it.

Who owns the work when it is finished?

You do. Ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you on final payment, along with the editable source files, so you are never locked into us to make a change.

We ask only to show the work in our portfolio. If the project is confidential, we will not.

Is Pascal’s Creative Studios one person or a team?

Pascal leads every project and you deal with him directly throughout.

Depending on what the work needs, he brings in a small group of trusted collaborators (photographers, developers, printers) rather than carrying a permanent payroll that would end up inside your invoice. You get the specialists a project actually requires and none of the ones it does not.

Still unsure whether we are the right fit? Send a WhatsApp message (opens in a new tab) and ask. A two-line answer costs you nothing and saves us both a meeting.
